A city built on water.
Yesterday was spent in the most amazing city in the world, Stockholm! Why do I love this city so much? Well, you can escape the crowded streets by just turning into another one. It's a mixture of modern buildings with old ones. It is basically a town filled with history. And it's gorgeous. Walking through this city is one of my favorite things to do.
Yesterdays destination? The Riddarholm Church, nicely translated. Located in the old parts of Stockholm, this church is basically a place filled with death. Kings and queens of Sweden have been buried here, until 1950. The walls are filled with shields of the members of the Serafimerorder. It is also on the coldest buildings ever. But it is fantastic how it holds so much history, over 500 years, in one place.
